Easter Faux Fur

Coat - Topshop; Fur Stole - H&M; Blouse - Missguided; Jeans - Topshop; Shoes - Primark

Hey everyone, I know it's been ages since I did an outfit post so here's a little something for you :) I was going to do some outdoor photos while I'm home, but as it's F-ERRREEZING at the mo, I'm remaining inside for a little while!
This is the sort of outfit I normally wear for uni, a little overdressed I know, but why not? :) I bought this Topshop coat off eBay last autumn and layered it with my H&M fur stole (which I bought well over a year ago and never wore because I was scared people would laugh at me - I'm a lot braver with my fashion these days!). Underneath, I'm wearing an embellished collar blouse from Missguided and my favourite Topshop Joni Jeans...although I can never ever get away from the knee-ruching - damn my extremely short legs! Lastly, my lovely shoes are from Primark. Pretty sure they still have really similar styles of these in now for around £10.
I've got a few new outfit posts lined up for next week too :) trying to get back into the swing while I'm home and have a little bit of time to take photos!

Weekly Want No. 6

1/2/3/4/5
(clickable links)

Hi guys! I've gone and put myself on another spending ban haven't I (wonder how long this one will last!). I've set myself a target of a month, which is a looooong time, especially when I'll be revising and finishing my dissertation & will be craving some little treats to help me along the way! Here's what I've been drooling (niceeee) over this week!

So it's nearly April and outside my window right now it's snowing! So despite having enough jumpers and cardis to dress the 101 Dalmatians, I seem to want more... This eyelash cardigan from River Island would look perfect with some black skinny jeans and a blouse or vest top for a casual day, and the pink cropped jumper is adorable! It's from Primark and the pastel colour and cropped style will be perfect for the snow-to-hopefully-Spring transition! I'm moving back home from uni for the Easter break on Saturday and I KNOW I'll end up in Primark...must resist!
I've been looking for a summery purse for ages, and this one is definitely my favourite at the moment. It's by Next and the laser cut pattern is so pretty. The Warehouse necklace I've chosen is something I know I'd get a lot of wear out of. It could easily be worn to dress up a jumper or under the collar of a blouse, or worn on a night out on top of this Miss Selfridge dress. I've been looking at this dress for SO long, I really must try it on because it's bugging me as to how it'll look and whether I could pull it off!

Hope you're all well & hopefully once I get home I'll get some outfit photos done. I'll try some outside shots (weather permitting) because the natural light in every room I try is horrendous!

Outfit of the Night: University Science Ball

Maxi dress - ASOS; Clutch - Primark; Shoes - Dorothy Perkins

I took a few quick pics on my phone (sorry!) before I headed out for my University's Annual Science Ball on Friday, which was such a fun night, but sadly the last one I'll be attending as it's my last year at university! The dinner was amazing and we had lots of wine and champagne and other lovely treats!
My maxi dress is from ASOS. I normally wear short dresses on these sort of occasions but I found this maxi in petite and I love it. The side split makes it a little more daring but it's balanced out by the one sleeve detailing. I paired it with a black and nude clutch from Primark, nude Dorothy Perkins heels, my Lovelinks bracelet & some beautiful earrings that my housemate bought me for my birthday! Wish I had more occasions to wear this dress to now! Also sorry if the creepy demon eyes in the first picture freaked you out!

Weekly Want - The Sugarhill Boutique Edit

1/2/3/4/5

I'm putting myself on another silly spending ban so just looking at clothes from afar and wishing they were in my wardrobe. This post is in no way linked with Sugarhill Boutique, I just seem to want all of their latest collection! I saw Sam Faiers from TOWIE wearing the lighthouse print blouse and fell in love a little....with the blouse...obvs! I already have exactly the same style of blouse in the carousel print from last year but I love the pastel blue/lilac colour of this one. The same with the dress, the mint colour is perfect for spring and the cute milkshake print makes it. As you can see, I just like cutesy prints, and the ladybird blouse and bee print jumper are animal print so I was always going to pick those out as faves! My favourite piece is probably the birdcage print playsuit though, the keyhole neck and button up front are so lovely and it could definitely be worn in the day or on a night out/for dinner etc. Basically, I want it all. As I said, silly spending ban.
Are you liking the new Sugarhill Boutique range? What's your fave piece?
